My dog being super dependent on me? i dunno what to do?

i have a 2 and half year old jack russel terrier mix . its amazing how shes so attached to me but lately its been starting to get annoying . i know that its a wonderful thing to bond with your dog but when it gets too much it wouldnt be so nice. i cant leave her alone for a minute . i disappear for a minute and she is just looking around for me whining , sometimes when shes asleep i have to try not to wake her up cuz if she does and i need to go to the bathroom she would just whine like im traveling to the moon . getting her out to play in the yard is also a challenge , she isnt curious one bit when shes on her own , if i take her to the park she wouldnt play with other dogs, she would just sit next to me or jump on my lap and stay there, if im around in the house shes curious enough to look around , but if im not then she would only care about me sitting where she is and wouldnt move an inch. i cant leave her with other people to take care of her cuz she would simply whine and keep sitting by the door even if i just need to go to the store real quick to get something . i really feel sorry for her , but i also need some alone time without her jumping all over me . i sometimes would just leave her out the room and close the door but id eventually open it cuz she would sit at the door and cry. is there anyway i can fix this? plz help !
