Stepson issues? how to handle?

how do i stay patient with my 16 year old stepson who pisses on the floor every night?he possibly has aspergers and ocd,he is very stubborn and proud.he has trouble doing even the simplest task,even a 5 year old has better life skills.i am very frustrated.i love his mother very much and dont want this to come between us.
