My stepson has been arrested, 2 charges: theft by check under $500 Misdeameanor bail is $1000 and violation of?

probation Felony bail is $100,000. Two different counties in Texas. Can we take care of the first bail and get the second case expedited? He has been in jail for 3 days and hasn't seen a judge. Was told today he would see a judge 30 days after arrest which would not be until June 17. Want to get him out asap. Any suggestions? Seems the bail on vio of prob is a little steep since prob was for theft at the felony level. Not condoning it just nothing violent. No way we can come up with 10% or $100K
