Does this bird want in my home?

For two weeks now I have had a small bird flying from window to window of my home looking inside. It pecks at it once in a while but for the most part just seems to look in. It doesn't scare easy either. I have opened the window and clapped, etc. It will fly away but only about ten yards and the comes back. I took a picture of him if anyone is really interested just email me. What is up with this guy?
