Advice/Tips For Great PottyTraining- 13 Month Old?

I have a 13 Month old little girl who is very smart. She squats down when she pees or goes poo. Whenever I go to the bathroom real quick and she's in there with me she'll mock me and take a wash cloth and pretend to "wipe", then she'll clap her hands so excitedly. Is it too early to potty train her, am I too eager? What are the best tips on how to get her started early? Or tips in general?
